Strengthened coordination, cooperation and multi-level cooperation within the competence supply system,
Increased opportunities for relevant actors to contribute in collaboration for a well-functioning competence supply,
A strengthened data infrastructure for competence provision and lifelong learning.
The recommendations are based on extensive work in which the OECD had a dialogue with around 60 authorities and other organizations in the field of competence provision. In December, the project’s final report is published.
The work has taken place within the project “Strengthening the Governance of the Swedish Skills System” with the help of the EU’s reform support program TSI and OECD – OCDE as expert support.
